1. FREE SHIPPING ON PURCHASES OVER £125
We offer a free shipping option for private customers for all purchases over £125. If your shopping basket has a total value of over £125, you will be offered a free delivery option among the delivery options. Free shipping only applies to this shipping option.
2. DELIVERY TIME
VortexVR usually processes orders on the same business day if the product(s) are in online stock and the order is placed before 14:00. Delivery time varies depending on the chosen shipping option (1-6 working days).
We offer delivery via DHL®, Royal Mail® or UPS® to the whole country.

EVRi Locker/ParcelShop - Tracked Parcel (3-5 business days)
UPS® Standard - (2-3 days)
If the order cannot be delivered within the agreed time, you will be informed. You then have the right to cancel the purchase, if desired.
3. PAYMENT
We accept VISA and MasterCard/EuroCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Fill in your card number, the card's validity period and the card's CVV2/CVC code. The money will be deducted directly from your account when you authorise the transaction. All transaction information is sent via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and is encrypted, i.e. highly secure. We accept the most common Swedish payment cards, VISA, Mastercard, AmericanExpress, but not Maestro or VISA Electron. If you have problems with the payment, contact VortexVR customer service. Our partner for card and direct payment is Shopify Payments. You can also pay via PayPal, which is a global secure payment solution.
4. RIGHT OF CANCELLATION - 14 DAYS
The right of withdrawal gives you the right to cancel your purchase. The right of withdrawal applies to goods and certain services (see exceptions in the last section). The right of withdrawal requires that you notify the seller of the delivery within 14 days of receiving the delivery (notice of withdrawal).
