1. COMPLAINTS
1.1 Customers who wish to complain about defects in ordered goods must contact VortexVR via customer service via email to support@vortexvr.co.uk within three years but always as soon as possible after the defect is discovered.
1.2 If VortexVR has established that the goods are defective and the defect is not due to any circumstance on the part of the Customer, VortexVR shall, at its own expense, rectify the defect in the goods or replace the goods with new goods. VortexVR will pay the return freight in the case of valid complaints.
If you send your product to one of VortexVR.ie's service partners, or if VortexVR.ie forwards your product to a service partner, the service partner may contact you as a customer directly.
2. WARRANTY
2.1 Our products come with the warranties offered to us by manufacturers or suppliers. The meaning is primarily repair if your product breaks down. If the product cannot be repaired, it will be replaced with an equivalent product. As a customer, you cannot invoke any additional product warranty from VortexVR. The warranty is transferred to a possible second-hand buyer, which means that you who bought a product second-hand can have the product repaired by us.
2.2 If you are shopping as a private individual and as an original customer, you have the right to make a complaint about your product within 3 years from the date you received it.
2.3 Traders do not have the right to claim after the warranty period.
2.4 The serial number must be intact for the warranty to be valid.
2.5 Remember that damage caused by excessive dust in the computer will void the warranty and the right to claim. Our recommendation is not to leave the computer on the floor but to hang it under the desk. Clean it a few times a year with canned air to increase the life of the computer.
